Avyndra ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") operates a digital services and vendor matchmaking marketplace with escrow protections. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy, confidential credentials, and financial integrity of all clients and vendors ("Users"). We collect only the minimum necessary information required to facilitate escrow contracts, authentic communications, and regulatory compliance:
Account & Identity Data
Name, unique username (@handle), email address, country of residence, and operational time zone provided during registration and onboarding.
Escrow & Transaction Records
Order amounts, milestone deliverables, escrow release authorizations, cryptographic transaction references (hashes), and timestamp logs.
Withdrawal & Financial Credentials
Beneficiary account numbers, destination crypto wallet addresses (e.g. USDT TRC20/ERC20, BTC), and banking institution codes provided for payout fulfillment.
Private Workspace & Communications
Direct message exchanges, order specifications, and attached deliverables transmitted within platform workspaces. Messages are encrypted in transit and at rest.
Technical & Device Metadata
IP address, browser user-agent, operating system, and last-seen activity timestamps used strictly for session security and new-device sign-in alerts.
3. How We Use & Protect Your Information
We process your data solely for lawful and contractually necessary purposes:
Escrow Fulfillment & Contract Execution
Locking and routing transaction funds safely in vault escrow contracts until client verification and mutual release.
Vendor Matchmaking & Custom Requests
Matching client requests with qualified vendors while preserving confidential bidding privacy (competitor quotes are strictly hidden).
Automated Payout Dispatch
Executing authorized balance withdrawals to verified bank rails (Paystack Africa) and non-custodial crypto networks (NOWPayments).
Security & Anti-Fraud Monitoring
Detecting unauthorized account access, duplicate accounts, spoofing attempts, and malicious contract tampering.
4. Financial Privacy & Escrow Vault Security
Avyndra enforces strict financial data privacy protocols. We never store raw debit/credit card CVV codes or private crypto keys. All fiat card checkouts and local banking payouts are routed through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways (Paystack), while crypto settlements are handled via non-custodial smart contracts and verified blockchain networks.
5. Third-Party Disclosures & Processing
We do NOT sell, rent, or monetize your personal information to advertisers. We share data only with essential infrastructure providers strictly under confidential data processing agreements:
Payment & Payout Gateways
Paystack (for African banking rails) and NOWPayments (for multi-chain crypto settlements).
Transactional Communications
Authorized SMTP mailers for password resets, email verification OTPs, and new device login alerts.

You may view and export your profile, order history, receipts, and wallet ledger at any time.
Rectification
You can update your display name, username, bio, country, and saved payout methods directly in your Settings.
Right to Erasure (Account Deletion)
You can request full account erasure and profile removal provided you have no active escrow contracts or unsettled disputes.
